Automatic water-based cellophane
Cellophane is a coating that strengthens the packaging and protects it from possible damage, which comes in different types. In the water-based cellophane machine, there is cold glue inside the tank, where the raw cellophane is passed over a roller that is rotating inside the tank and becomes sticky, and then the cellophane containing the glue is stretched over the work, and its advantage over thermal cellophane is that the cost price is lower.
Cellophane machine:
There are generally two types of cellophane machines: 1- Water-based cellophane machine (adhesive) 2- Thermal cellophane machine, which is a newly born machine that has the functionality of both
Each of the machines has its own cellophane with different thicknesses
Thermal cellophane sticks the cellophane to the printed work with the help of a central thermal cylinder, and the adhesive or water-based cellophane machine, which sticks the cellophane to the printed work with the help of glue and passing through a press. In general, the purpose of cellophane is to increase the durability of the print and make the printed work more resistant to moisture and tearing, and more beautiful.
The machines produced in this series are of the water-based type, which are produced in different sizes and can add parts such as a powder catcher or a crafter to the machine as an accessory. You can refer to the gallery to see the machine video.
